What the form collects
Your name, a way of reaching you — telephone or email —, roughly where you are (in or near Nice, elsewhere in France, outside France), the type of situation, and whatever you choose to write in the free-text box.
Only the name and a means of contact are needed: without them we cannot call you back.
The free-text box may contain sensitive information — a death, an illness, a legal protection order. We ask for none of it, but we know it arrives. It is treated with heightened confidentiality and is accessible only to the people preparing your quote.
Why, and on what basis
This information is used solely to contact you, understand your situation and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
It is never used for marketing. We approach nobody unasked: not by telephone, not at the door, not through anyone acting on our behalf.
Who has access
The people in the company who answer enquiries and prepare quotes, and nobody else.
Your data is not sold, rented, or passed to a commercial partner, an advertiser or a list broker.
Two technical processors are necessarily involved: the site host and the email service, both established in the European Union — [TO BE COMPLETED]. They act on instruction and have no right to use the data themselves.
How long it is kept
Where an enquiry does not lead to work: three years from our last exchange, then deletion.
Where work is carried out: the documents attached to it — quote, written instruction, inventory, disposal notes — are kept for the statutory periods applying to accounting and contractual records, that is ten years.
Photographic inventories and job reports are stored separately with restricted access, and destroyed at the end of that period.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies at all. No analytics, no advertising, no social network, no tracking pixel.
